Cold, Stress, and Headache

Everyone possesses a vast array of skills and abilities. Others are learned by repetition, while others emerge during childhood. One of my abilities is my understanding of how to offer medical attention during sickness.

My grandparents taught me this ability during my early years as a child growing up in a Caribbean family, where I conceived a new field of medicine. In my article, I will make some suggestions for rational action when suffering from illnesses such as the common cold, stress, and headache.

To begin, a cold is an infectious disease of the upper respiratory tract caused by a bacterial, allergic, or mixed infection. There are several remedies available for the common cold. Herbal treatments, in my opinion, are the only medicines for treating a cold. I normally recommend ginger and lemon to people who have this infection.

Ginger is a great way to get out of a cold. A half-teaspoon of sugar is added after 10 gm of ginger is cut into small fragments, boiled in a cup of water, and strained. When the decoction is already sweet, it can be drunk. To make ginger tea, combine a few pieces of ginger with hot water, then add tea leaves. You can take it twice a day, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Lemon is useful in all cases of colds that are accompanied by a fever. Lemon juice, which is high in vitamin C, boosts the body's resilience, lowers toxicity, and shortens the length of the illness. Lemon juice should be dissolved in a glass of warm water, and a teaspoon of honey should be added. As a result, if you begin to use these treatments, you can abandon the use of chemical tablets, which alter your metabolism in an unfavorable way.

My colleagues often inquire about how I handle stress. My response is to engage in regular, effective exercise, which is possibly one of the most effective physical stress-reduction methods possible. Exercise increases your fitness, relaxes muscles, and aids sleep. It's crucial to note that a workout can be enjoyable. If you do not like it, you will most likely stop doing it.
