With everything occurring with the china tradewar, banning Huwei and now the trend of China's Software development companies. 
America is shopping around for providers from countires like Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and even Germany. 
Countries, whether developed or LDC,  are facing the perfect opportunity where they can provide North America the raw materials and resources they need to better improve their services to both the American People and the country's providers needs.
